By using patternsmithbyjay.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you have questions, contact us before ordering.

Products & Orders

All texture rollers are 3D printed to order by Jay. By submitting an order form you are placing a binding order request. Orders are confirmed via email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you will be notified promptly.

• Standard rollers ship within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.
• Custom orders may require additional lead time; timing will be confirmed by email.
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• No payment is collected through this website. Payment arrangements are made directly with Jay after order confirmation.

Custom Orders

Custom pattern rollers require a minimum order of 2 units. By submitting a custom order request, you confirm that you have the right to use any design or artwork you provide. PatternSmith by Jay is not responsible for copyright infringement arising from customer-supplied designs. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

Returns & Refunds

Because each roller is printed to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand behind our work:

• If your roller arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it at no charge.
• If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Intellectual Property

All original patterns, designs, branding, and content on this site are the property of PatternSmith by Jay. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without written permission. The physical rollers you purchase are for personal or classroom use only and may not be reproduced or resold.

Limitation of Liability

PatternSmith by Jay is a small independent business. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of our products or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which PatternSmith by Jay operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
